Hola Aloha! My name is Angeles Rios.
I am a somatic movement trainer and personal chef who works with both emotions and the body to help active people move better, be healthier, and stronger.
I am trained in somatic yoga therapy, pilates, and kettlebell strength training with a background in basic science research in physical therapy and peripheral nervous system. I am also informed by my meditation practice and involvement in evolutionary biology and ancestral nutrition. With these frameworks and an attuned coaching style, I can create a somatic program that helps you move and be with more ease, strength, and wisdom. As a personal chef, I use the above experience and culinary skills that will help nourish your body, mind, and soul.
