Growing up with a grandmother who was trained as a chef in Mexico,  I enjoyed home cooked meals made from scratch and love.  Carrying this tradition, I offer love in every bite of food I cook.

I cook gluten-free and dairy-free meals, from vegan to paleo. From working as a volunteer at the San Francisco's Zen Center Kitchen, creating mindful dinner experiences, to designing meals for private clients with different food restrictions (ex. paleo, AIP, to low FODMAP diets), I have enjoyed creating foods that support nourishing the mind, body, and heart.
